Story - In 2022, After my first ever podcast during my masters at the University of Calgary and a deep conversation on a mind for success with a former colleague, I realized a gift/skill of creating a safe space for people to carry out good conversations and relationship with people. I was encouraged to take the leap support a more resilient community.

In 2023, I embarked on a broad research and studied how trauma affects life span, health and the place of preventative actions in a community towards resilience can create or inspire a better community. I began the quest to connect psychology resource or info to us all and show access where we can find support through our guests. Ladies and gentlemen, I welcome you to the Narcissuss podcast.
